A downtown parking garage. The garage is across the street from the downtown hotel which is the subject of an $8.5mm loan to 609 Fannin Funding made by New Have Mortgage L.P. The downtown hotel and garage are being developed and operated in conjunction with one another although each business will derive income not related from the other. Recently the G.P. signed an easment agreement to allow the hotel to use portions of the garage for its benefit. This was a necessary step in the development of each project. The current G.P. has a copy of the easement agreement for any limited partner to review. Ampco currently operating garage. 12 level, 6 story.
